DUBAI – As Dubai embraces the reflective and communal spirit of Ramadan, Grand Mercure Business Bay is offering guests a welcoming space to gather for Iftar and Suhoor.
Café Délices’ alfresco terrace overlooks the Dubai Water Canal and the iconic Burj Khalifa, providing the perfect backdrop for unhurried evenings.
The experience combines seasonal flavours, classic dishes, and live cooking stations designed for both residents and visitors seeking a relaxed, abundant celebration.
Iftar buffet
The Iftar buffet, served from sunset, is priced at Dh129 per adult, free for children under six, and Dh79 for those aged six to twelve. Guests can expect traditional Ramadan beverages such as jalab, kamar al dein, and tamer hindi. Soups include comforting options like lentil, chicken orzo, and Moroccan harira.
The main spread showcases regional and international favourites. Highlights may include mixed grills featuring kofta kebab, shish taouk, and shish kebab, along with kossa bil laban, Bahraini thareed, Ouzi, and chicken machboos. Live Arabian grill carvery stations present freshly baked Arabic breads in flavours such as zaatar, sesame, and chilli.
Desserts add a festive touch, featuring cheese kunafa, qatayef with keshta, saffron muhallabieh, sutlac, date cheesecake, a dates tower, and a variety of Arabic sweets.
Suhoor service
For pre-dawn meals, Grand Mercure Business Bay offers a Suhoor set menu at Dh75 per person and an à la carte selection starting from Dh25.
Exclusively available via in-room service from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM, this option caters to guests seeking privacy and convenience. Guests with room packages that include breakfast will not be charged for Suhoor, as applicable.
